Filishack was founded in 2014 by brothers Jonathan and Justice Cacho, inspired by their shared love of food, fresh ingredients, and fast service. Growing up around family cooking and bold tastes, they set out to bring something new to London’s food scene. Filipino-inspired street food served with speed and quality.

What started as a small street food venture quickly grew into a favourite for people looking for meals that are fresh, filling, and full of character. At Filishack, you’ll find chicken inasal grilled to perfection with garlic rice, hearty burritos packed with flavour, and our signature Filishack fries that keep customers coming back.

From the very beginning, our goal has been simple: to serve food that’s made fresh, served fast, and always satisfying, whether you’re grabbing lunch or dinner on the go, sitting down with friends, or ordering online.
