Team Member
At Filishack, you’ll be part of a close-knit team bringing bold flavours and fresh food to life fast. You’ll help us serve up our signature dishes to the highest standards, every single time.
In our busy kitchen, you’ll stay sharp, work efficiently, and keep the energy high. You’ll learn every station, from prepping to grilling, and gain a solid understanding of what makes Filishack special.

Team Leader
Once you’ve mastered life on the line at Filishack, you’ll step up as a Team Leader taking on more responsibility while keeping the same energy and passion that make Filishack what it is.
You’ll do everything our team members do serving great food fast and delivering an amazing customer experience — but you’ll also take the lead. That means supporting your manager with stock control, deliveries, and daily reporting, as well as keeping an eye on quality, speed, and consistency.
You’ll be the one new team members look up to training, motivating, and helping them develop the skills to shine. You’ll handle customer feedback confidently, jump in wherever needed, and keep the operation running smoothly, even during the busiest rushes.

Store Manager
You’re the one in charge the driving force behind a smooth-running, high-performing Filishack. You lead from the front, running a tight ship with an unbeatable team culture and a passion for great food and great people.
You know every part of the operation inside out from kitchen flow to customer service and you use that knowledge to keep standards high, waste low, and the energy electric. You’re responsible for building, motivating, and developing your team so every shift runs like clockwork.
You’ll work closely with the senior team and founder, sharing results, ideas, and insights that help push Filishack forward as we continue to grow.
